Eunice Mae Pile, 83, of Friedens, died June 5, 2020 at Meadow View Nursing Center. Born April 15, 1937 in Somerset, daughter of John and Edna (Blough) Hottle. Preceded in death by parents, grandson Adam Marsh, and sister Arlene Smith. Survived by her husband of 63 years E. Neil Pile; children: Hollie Joy Nelson and fiancé John Welsch, Dubois, Eugene N. II “Buster” married to the former Sarah Gillespie, Friedens, Valerie Koreny and fiancé Mike Williams, Winchester, VA; grandchildren: Ryan (Nicole) Nelson, Travis (Emily) Nelson, Chelsea (Zachary) Kocher, Emily (Dawson) Hoffman, Cody Pile, Eleanor Pile, Tanya Marsh, and Shane Koreny; great grandchildren: Isabella Ebach, Conor Kocher, and Ethan Nelson; and brothers: Lawrence, Ray, Ralph, and Marlin Hottle. She was a 1955 graduate of Somerset High School and worked in various retail clothing stores in the area. Member of Friedens Lutheran Church Tuesday Sewers. One of Eunice’s many gifts was sewing.  She skillfully pieced fabric together into masterpieces that will be treasured by family and friends. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday and 10 a.m. until service at 11  a.m. Tuesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown. Masks are encouraged to be worn. Rev. Gregory Pile officiating. Interment Friedens Lutheran Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to Friedens Lutheran Church, 131 S.
