Richard N. Hooker “Ricky”, 60, of Jeffersonville, IN, passed away on Wednesday, June 3, 2020, at U of L Hospital. Legacy Funeral Center has been entrusted with his care, and a memorial visitation will be held on Friday, June 5, 2020 from 4 PM – 7 PM at One Community Church, 1810 Blackiston Mill Rd, Clarksville, IN 47129.

Ricky was born on December 28, 1959 to the late Cleo and Daisy Hooker. Ricky loved his wife, Becky, dearly, and his family was his pride and joy. He also enjoyed time spent with his faithful pets.

Along with his parents, Ricky is preceded in death by his siblings, Deborah Smith and James “Steve” Hooker.

Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Rebecca Hooker; children, Tonya Wilson (Jeffery), Holly Atack (Andrew), James Hooker (Jessica Williamson), Ryan Stewart (Shamron), and Rachel Ortiz (Armando); grandchildren, Jason Emerick, Korinthian Patrick, Drake Emerick, Kamrin Wilson, Mathew Douglass, Caitlin Douglass, Emilie Atack, Oliver Atack, Dannon Hooker, Laurel Hooker, Aiden Stewart, Todd Stewart, Kristopher Ortiz, Jovanny Ortiz, Ximena Ortiz, Ellie Ortiz, and Lydia Ortiz; two great-grandchildren, Daniel Patrick and Iris Emerick; his beloved dog, Pawz; and a host of extended family members and friends, especially his cousin, Andy Hooker.
