Sturney, Edward Charles. The family is sadden to announce the sudden passing of Edward Sturney of Oromocto NB, on June 3, 2020. Ed was born in Fredericton Junction on July 13, 1941 to the late Evelyn (Reid) and Charles H. Sturney.

Ed is survived by one sister Doreen Pollen (Terry) of Oromocto NB, one brother Brian Sturney (Bea) of Lawrencetown, NS and six nieces and nephews. Besides his parents Ed is predeceased by a brother, Arnold Sturney and his fur companion Nikki.

Edward started his career with 5 years in the Royal Canadian Air Force; from there he did Accounting, Data procession and Transportation.

Due to the COVID 19 pandemic restrictions, there will a public grave side service in Gladstone Cemetery at a later date.
