Lillian V. Potter, 90, passed away June 4, 2020 at Woodland Manor. She was born February 10, 1930 in Shell Creek, Tennessee to Oscar & Fannie (Presnell) Calhoun.
In 1950 she married Smith Potter; he preceded her in death on October 29, 1956. In 1977 she married David Watts; he preceded her in death in 1988. She was also preceded in death by her parents, 3 siblings, Joyce Pierce, H.L. Calhoun and Lucille Powell.
Surviving are 9 children, Willy Kauffman, Shirley (Gary) Goff, Gary (Patty) Potter, Judy (Carey) Rogers, Kathy (Bob) Wright, Dennis (Talthy) Watts, Bruce Watts, Audrey Watts, Kenny (Lori) Watts, numerous grandchildren, 1 brother, Roger (Sandy) Calhoun.
Lillian enjoyed embroidery, cooking, and had a green thumb for gardening. Most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.
Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the 12 Noon funeral service Monday, June 8, 2020 at Walley-Mills-Zimmerman Funeral Home. Officiating is Pastor Rick Pirtle from Riverview General Baptist Church. Burial will follow in Olive Cemetery.
Masks are required for entrance to the funeral home.
