Portsmouth- Sandra Brewer Redfearn, 70, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2017, surrounded by family. She was born to the late Millard and Francis Brewer in Knoxville, TN on September 18, 1946. She was a former member of Bethany Baptist Church and she was loved by many. Survivors include her husband, John Redfearn; two daughters, Melissa Johnson and Jodi Nelson; sister, Lynda Ritchie and husband Sam; brother, Butch Brewer and wife Teresa; three grandchildren, Kaitlyn Lawson, Taylore Nelson and Marcus Elston; two great-grandchildren, Braelyn Elston and Bryson Barham; and several nieces and nephews. A funeral service will be held 11 A.M. Tuesday, March 21, at Sturtevant Funeral Home, Portsmouth Blvd. Chapel. The family will greet friends at the funeral home, Monday, March 20 from 7 to 8 P.M.
