William L. “Bill” Lichtenfels, 75, Bolivar, passed away June 1, 2020 at home surrounded by his family. Born November 15, 1944 in Robinson, the son of the late Hazel (Penrose) Lichtenfels. Also, preceded in death by siblings Chuck Penrose, George Lichtenfels; Erma Patricko; Francis Lichtenfels; Edward Lichtenfels. Survived by wife of 53 years Sharyn (Keller) Lichtenfels. Children Stacie Cummins and fiancé Butch Brown, Coral; William Lichtenfels, Bolivar; Scott Lichtenfels and wife Lynly (Garland), Bolivar; Grandchildren Zack Cummins and wife Elizabeth, Johnstown; Damon Cummins, Brush Valley; Laurel Lichtenfels, San Benito, CA; Autumn Lichtenfels, San Benito, CA; Great-granddaughter Sadie Rae. Brothers Robert Lichtenfels, Somerset; Carl Lichtenfels, Robindale Heights; Dick Lichtenfels, Armagh; Lenny Lichtenfels, New Florence. Bill was a retired coal miner and a member of the UMWA. He enjoyed camping, gardening and just about any activities that would keep him outdoors. As per Bill’s wishes there will be no public viewing or service.
