Janet L. Bailey, 74, of Myrtle Beach, SC, passed away at her residence May 31, 2020. She was born September 24, 1945, the daughter of the late Clarence Herman and Mary Virginia Kibble Postlewait. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She loved her family more than anything. Surviving Janet is her daughter Mary Jo Keller (Thomas); and grandchildren Thomas Keller II and Allison Keller. Along with her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Frederick Eugene Bailey. Graveside services will be held for Janet Wednesday, June 3rd, at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, at 3pm. Visitation will be held at Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg from 1:30 to 2:30pm the same day. The family asks that memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
