Terrie L Lewis, 64-year-old Vinita resident passed away on Monday, June 1,2020 at Integris Hospital in Grove. She was born May 5, 1956 in Coffeyville, Ks to Frances and JoAnn Hodges. On October 22, 1975 she married Allen Lewis in Tulsa, Ok. Preceding her in death were her parents and siblings. Terrie is survived by her husband, Allen Lewis of the home, son Ronald Alvin Bakley of Vinita, Ok, daughter, Angela Lewis Grimsley and husband Richard of Big Springs, TX: seven grandchildren and two great-granchildren. The memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at the Burckhalter-Highsmith Funeral Home Chapel in Vinita, Ok with Pastor Dave Tolle officiating.
