Charles "Dad-Paw" Francis Noel
<p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Charles Francis Noel, 74, of Emory, passed away peacefully at Christus Mother Frances Hospital in Sulphur Springs on May 31, 2020. Charles was born on January 26, 1946, in Kansas City, Missouri; the son of Charles Leo Noel and Anna Elizabeth Morelock Noel. Charles Noel married Joanne Prisock on June the 7th 1970. They would have celebrated 50 years of marriage this year. Charles and Joanne Noel then moved to Kansas City, Missouri to start their family. Charles had his first son Charles Francis Noel JR on March 24, 1971 and his second son Christopher Lee Noel on May the 5th 1973. Charles had a passion for sales, electronics, and technology. Throughout his professional and technical career he owned several businesses. Charles was quite the inventor. He loved cutting edge gadgets. He loved woodworking and creating designs that were truly unique but his biggest passion was fishing. He loved to fish anywhere but he really loved to fish at Lake Fork where he lived out his years.</p> <p>Charles Francis Noel Sr is survived by his wife, Joanne Noel, of Emory and sons: Charles Jr. and Chris Noel, both of Weatherford, Texas, His Granddaughters Mckenzie Marie Noel and Madison Lee Noel of Fort Worth, Texas and his Daughter in Laws Lashelle and Gina Noel of Weatherford, Texas and his 2 nephews Jason Noel of Carmel, Indiana and Justin Noel of Kansas City, Missouri.</p> <p>The family will have a private memorial service at a later day.</p>Obituary
