Russell “Russ” Plachinski Of South Milwaukee. Passed away unexpectedly on May 29, 2020 at the age of 67. Beloved Husband of Pamela for 33 years. Loving Father of Stacy (Jason) Parent, Joseph, and Allison. Proud Grandpa “Boompa” of Jackson and Joey. Dear Brother of Margaret, Pamela (Varga), David, and Jeffrey (Roberta). Preceded in death by his parents Alois and Adaline Plachinski, and siblings Lawrence, James, and LeeAnn (Donnie) Wiedmeyer. Son-in-law of the late Joseph (Nancy) Malczewski and the late Joyce (Erv) Ranic. Russ is further survived by his special gambling friends Aunt Diane and Jane Erbe, nieces and nephews, other loved family, and many friends. All that knew Russ enjoyed his special sense of humor. He retired after 45 years from Robert W. Baird. The family would like to thank his buddies at Baird for their continued thoughtfulness and support during this difficult time. He loved them more than they knew. Private family services will be held.
