<p>Gary Ronald Booth, age 75, of Wautoma, passed away suddenly on Friday, May 29, 2020 at his home.</p> <p>He was born May 28, 1945 in Berlin, the son of Ronald and Arlouine (Rohde) Booth. He married Diane Kay Albright on Oct. 29, 1967 at the Berlin United Methodist Church.</p> <p>Gary graduated in 1964 from Wautoma High School where he excelled in sports including baseball, track, football and basketball. He served his country in the Army National Guard for eight years. Gary worked at Rockwell International as well as UW-Oshkosh as a maintenance worker. Later, Gary was in the logging and pulp business for many years and prior to his retirement he drove truck for road construction.</p> <p>He enjoyed trap shooting, fly fishing, hunting, shooting pool and NASCAR. Gary loved attending his grandson&rsquo;s stock car races during the summer and attending all of his grandchildren&rsquo;s school sporting events.</p> <p>He is survived by his wife, Diane K. Booth, Wautoma; two daughters, Kelly (David) Weiland, Wautoma, Karalee (Jamie) Marks, Wautoma; grandchildren: Brent (Jen) Weiland, Wautoma, Jen (Arron) Lehr, Wautoma, Kaylie (fianc&eacute; Dakota Wilcox) Marks, West St. Paul, MN, and Braedyn Marks; great grandchildren, Cora, Kashton and Reed; one brother: Neil (Lynette) Booth, Oshkosh. He is further survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.</p> <p>He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Harold in infancy; his parents-in-law, Ray and Elaine Albright; and by a sister-in-law, Patricia (Donn) Schultz.</p> <p>A public visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 2, 2020 from 3:00 until 5:00 p.m. at the Leikness Funeral Home in Wautoma. A private family memorial service will follow.</p> <p>At the request of the family due to current pandemic recommendations, social distancing practices and wearing a mask is required.
