Constance Ann Carney, 72, of Jonesboro passed away May 29, 2020. She was born on September 12, 1947 in Moultrie, Georgia to the late Vergil Ray Flowers, Sr. and Lavinia Ann Summerlin Flowers. Constance is survived by her husband, Larry Eugene Carney; Daughters, Teresa Bowlden (Kevin), Stephanie Hayes (Keith Shavers), and Donna Pavon (Ricardo); grandchildren, Brooke, Tyler, and Austin Bowlden, Cody and Logan Haynes, Alex and Savannah Herrero, and Victoria Pavon; and great-grandchild, Olivia Hayes. A private graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, June 1, 2020 at the Culloden City Cemetery, Culloden, Georgia.
