Naomi Miller, 95, of Richfield, passed away Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at Phoenix Assisted Care in Cary, NC.

Naomi was born March 13, 1925 in Rowan County to the late Clarence Brown and the late Mattie Josey Brown. She was also preceded in death by her husband, P.E. Miller, Jr.; two brothers; and one sister.

Naomi was a teacher, a hospice volunteer and she enjoyed serving others. She was an active member of Richfield Baptist Church and made sure there were flowers in the sanctuary every Sunday. Naomi loved working in her garden and flowers.

A graveside service will be on Sunday, May 31, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Richfield Cemetery at 221 S. Cemetery Street in Richfield, NC officiated by Rev. Randy Jetton.

Survivors include sons, Don Miller and wife, Lynnette of Pittsboro and Max Miller and wife Dianne of Concord; grandchildren, Nikki Hudson, Brandon Miller, Kevin Miller, Erin Miller; great-grandchildren, William and Addison Hudson; sisters, Betty Buckwell and Ann Miller; and brother, Andrew Brown.
