Yau King Eng, 80, of Boston and Taishan, China has peacefully passed into eternal rest on October 1st, 2018 with both sons by his side. Beloved husband of Yuan Lin Eng (Wong) of 40 years and loving father to Kenneth of Los Angeles and Norman Eng of Milton.  

Dedicated grandfather to Izaac and Charlotte, Eng loved seeing and spending time with his grandchildren and cooking traditional Chinese dishes for his family. Mr. Eng was also a proud co-business owner of China Jade restaurant in Newport, New Hampshire and a lifelong Boston Chinatown community member.  

Eng courageously faced Lung Cancer for over a half-year and appreciated the wonderful care of the hospitals and treatment centers.  In his memory, please get a Lung Cancer screening and understand how Lung Cancer is the most common cancer worldwide and how it can be preventable.  

Friends and relatives are invited to visiting hours on Thursday October 4th from 4pm-7pm at Hamel-Lydon Chapel & Cremation Service, 650 Hancock St. Quincy.
