Claude Anderson May of Clarksville, Arkansas was born on January 10, 1951 in Arkansas City, Arkansas to Othello May Jr. and Minnie Pearl (Moore) May. He passed away on May 25, 2020 at the age of 69. He was an Army National Guard Veteran, a member of Victory Ministries Church in Clarksville, Arkansas, and he also worked for the Johnson County Road Department. He is preceded in death by his parents; his brothers, Earl May and Charles Wesson; and his sister, Joanne Wesson-Means. He is survived by his sons, Steven Willis and Chris May; his daughters, Audra Tasco; Angela Lowe; Contasha Vasquez; Crystal Marquez; his brothers, Andy May, Clarence May; Clifford May; Marty May; his sisters, Carolyn "Lulu" May; Mary May; Bobbie Holt; Linda May; and nineteen grandchildren. Open viewing will be held from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m., Friday, May 29, 2020 at the Hardwicke Funeral Home in Clarksville, Arkansas. A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, May 30, 2020 at Oakland Cemetery in Clarksville, Arkansas with Reverend James Bell officiating. Pallbearers are Andre May, Dexter May, Tyrone Willis, Shawn Holt, Corey May, Marty Jr. May, Glacious May, and Joseph May. Honorary Pallbearers are Tyri Tasco, Davanice Tasco, and Quintin May.
