Harry L. Archibeque, Sr. Mesa, Arizona Obituary

Harry L. Archibeque, Sr.

This obituary shares the life and memories of Harry Lewis Archibeque Sr. Born July 1st, 1950. This is an exceptional example of how to honor and remember a man that was known for his unconditional love and strong family foundation. Harry L. Archibeque Sr. of Cortez, Colorado passed away on May 24th, 2020 in Phoenix, AZ after reaching the age of 69 years old. At the age of 17 he was enlisted into the army and served two years as a big red one, first infantry, in the United States Army during the Vietnam war 1968-1971. The most impertinent moment youd find him reminiscing on would be him establishing the Vietnam Veteran Freedom ride where he would spend a week horseback riding celebrating those who have served. It was during his leave that he married his wife Lupe Archibeque and through this union three sons were born, Harry Jr, Jimmy, and Lawrence Archibeque. Through these three sons his legacy will be carried on through his loving grandchildren, Brody, Skyler, Darin, Kayden, Paige, Ashley, Ashlynn, Jaxon as well as his great grandchildren. During the 1990s once the children were raised Harry and Lupy decided to reside in Arizona. It was at this time they spread their roots and embraced the Arizona living where you could find him garage sailing, antique shopping and broadening his coin collection. We will continue to remember him as a loving husband, supportive father, caring grandfather and country veteran. "Hun" I shared a very special life with you. You were a very special man. I was proud to have married you and having been your wife. You were a great Husband, a special Father, a great and special Grandfather and Great Grandfather. You are sincerely missed. I miss your special smiles and your kidding around with all of us. I love you so very much and will always carry you in my heart forever, love you. You were a very proud veteran. They are getting a very special angel with a very special caring heart. I love you so much. Till we meet again. Your wife, Lupe
