Obituary

Daniel Schwartz passed away suddenly on May 10, 2020.  He was born on July 4, 1966 to the late Frederick J. Schwartz, and the late Sandra Sue Simms Schwartz Hummer Grace.

He is survived by his wife Aimee Hart Schwartz (Hatboro, PA), daughter Jeani Schwartz (Fl),  son Jess Crandel  (PA), brother James & wife Marcia (Fl), sister Cosette and husband Michael (MD), sister Brenda & husband Jeff (NC), and his uncle Dan (PA), and grandchildren Jovanni, Gianna, Jullian, and Athenna.

Dan, Danielson, Dan, Dan the Plasterman, or Dam it Dan (to his friends) and Danny (to his older brother and sister) loved life.  He loved a party, certainly loved the 4th of July due to his birthday.  He thought the fireworks were for him.

He took great pride in his family, especially his grandson, Jovanni, with whom he had a special relationship, and his granddaughter Gianna, they brought him great joy to his life.  Dan also had two other grandchildren that live in Florida, Jullian, and Athenna, although he only saw pictures of them, he loved them just the same.

Years ago, Dan enjoyed creating a spectacular Christmas light display with his good friend George.  Most all of the displays were made by the two of them.  The countless hours of hard work was well worth it, when they would see the awe in the peoples’ faces.

Dan was a hard worker, outgoing, kind, and loving with a big heart.  As a baby, he was funny and spirited.  He loved all things Philly related, especially the Eagles.  He loved listening to music which includes Van Morrison, Grateful Dead, Jimmy Buffet, Cat Stevens, and the bagpipes.  One of his favorite words to say was "spankings".

Dan would always tell Aimee that she was “Spectular”.  He had many good friends, especially George, Earl, and Tony.  He absolutely loved being Poppy to his grandchildren.  Dan left us early, but he will never leave our hearts.  He is missed greatly.

Relatives and friends are invited to his Memorial Service on Friday July 3, 2020 at 12pm at the John J. Bryers Funeral Home, 406 Easton Road, Willow Grove PA 19090.  Visitation from 11am to 12pm.

Aimee and Jovanni would like to invite friends and family to a celebration of Dan's Life Party on the July 4, 2020 time and location to be announced at a later date.

Please follow all rules and regulations concerning social distancing and face masks.
