Madeline was preceded in death by her husband; brother, Ron Neff; and her parents.
She is survived by daughters, Dawn Hunt, Jessica Johnson; son, Rick Johnson; siblings, Cheryl Simkins, Sheila Amsden, Steve Neff, Sue Chaloupsky; and 11 grandchildren.
