Lupe Carrillo Ramirez, born December 30, 1935 in Juarez Chihuahua Mexico. She migrated to the United States with her family and settled in Lordsburg where she met her future husband Sipriano Ramirez at the age of 17. They were later married and remained married until her husband passed away in 1971.
Lupe was preceded by her husband Sipriano, and her eldest grandson Christopher, parents Jacinta and Vicente Carrillo, sisters Anita, Julia, Baudelia, Reyes, and Ignacia.
She is survived by her daughters Catalina, and Victoria and their spouses, her sister Nieves, grandchildren Sipriano, Juan, Patrick, Joseph, and David. Great grandchildren, Christopher, Brian, Jacob, Jacqueline, Victoria, Kyra, Philip, Brandon, Sipriano Jr. and Orlando, and multiple nieces and nephews.
Lupe joined her husband and grandson, sisters and her parents and her heavenly father on June 7, 2019, at the age of 83.
A Rosary will be recited at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Lordsburg, New Mexico on Friday June 14, at 10:00 AM with Alice Ramirez officiating, a Funeral Mass will follow at St. Joseph Catholic Church Friday June 14, at 11:00 AM with Father Jude officiating. Interment will be at Shakespeare Cemetery immediately following.
Pall bearers will be Sipriano and Joseph Ramirez, David Marinez, Juan Gallegos, Christopher Ramirez Jr. and Brian Flores.
Honorary pall bearers will be Patrick Gallegos, Jacob Ramirez, Jaqueline Ramirez, Sipriano Ramirez Jr. and Orlando Gallegos.
