Pastor Terry Joe Trainor
Pastor Terry Joe Trainor, age 77 of Erin, TN, passed away Monday, May 25, 2020 at his residence. Pastor Trainor entered this life on April 6, 1943 in Pekin, IL, son to the late John Earl and Jessie Crowell Trainor. He proudly served his country in the United States Air Force and was a Mechanical Engineer by trade. He went on to work for Keystone Steel and Wiremill and France Division. After spending time in both Alaska and Illinois, he would move to Tennessee where he spent his last 40 plus years. He and wife had a love for animals and would do anything they could to help. Pastor Trainor faithfully served as Pastor for Bethany Church for 35 years. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judith Trainor, and siblings, Erla Johnson, Alta Hartman, and Marjorie Trainor. Survivors include his loving children, Randy (Vickie) Trainor, Tracy (Ronald) Hardin; siblings, Tom Trainor, Mildred Currie, and Betty Lapota. He also leaves behind his precious grandchildren, Gabriel Trainor, Jordan (Brittany) Trainor, Josiah Hardin, Caleb Hardin, Samuel Hardin, and three great-grandchildren.
