Dora Jane (Sheffield) Robinson at the age of 96, born in Birmingham, MI at their home on September 25, 1923, went to her forever home with her Lord & Savior. She passed on Friday May 22, 2020, with family by her side at her home in Highland, MI. Dora Jane ...was proceeded in death by her loving husband of 62 wonderful years, Bernard M. Robinson (d. 2009). Dora Jane was the Loving Mother of 5 Wonderful Children...Joanne (the late Dale )Sorensen. Diane Abgarian, Marion (Jim) Souden, Rob (Pam) Robinson & Janette (Bret) Charlick. Dora Jane LOVED her 24 Grandchildren (Including the late Marty Sorensen & The Late Randy Sorensen). She also treasured her 27 Great Grandchildren with #28 due in October. Dora Jane was also very blessed to have 8 GREAT-GREAT Grandchildren with #9 due in August! She LOVED her family and ALWAYS wanted to be near them. She let each and every single one of us KNOW we were LOVED. Due to restrictions of the Covid - 19 pandemic, there will be a small intimate graveside service for Dora Jane and her Children. The family KNOWS how much everyone Loved Dora Jane and them. They will be having "A life celebration" after restrictions are lifted in the near future. They will celebrate the life of Dora Jane and the family would LOVE to see all of you then. It will be held at her Home. More information will come from her Children as it becomes available.
