Dorothy Williams, age 97, of Fayetteville passed away Saturday March 11, 2017 in Fayetteville, the last of her eight siblings. She was born December 14, 1919 on Trace Branch in West Fork, Arkansas, the daughter of Bessie and John Henry Snider, Sr. She was preceded in death by: her parents; her husband, Gordon Williams; her adopted son Eugene Williams; sisters Anita Fallen, Geneva Snider, Vivian King, Muriel Fincher, Effie Howard; and brothers John Henry Snider, Jr., Randolph Earl Snider, and Darrow Snider. Dorothy was a homemaker. She is survived by numerous nieces and nephews, most of whom reside in the Fayetteville area. Her friend, Brenda Smith of Fayetteville, was her faithful caretaker for the past several years. Graveside Service will be held 1:00 pm Tuesday, March 14, at Mineral Springs Cemetery under the direction of Moores Chapel.
