Dennis was always our home plate umpire at our home softball games and I was our catcher. We had a lot of good conversations and horse play behind home plate! 🙏🏻 and God’s speed.....

Dennis grew up down the block from me. We went to school together. We lost touch when I went to college and later moved to Texas. 'So glad to reconnect with him at our Beddian b'day. He was always a great guy, friendly and fun-loving. You'll be missed.

Dennis was like a brother to me, and a long lost uncle to my kids. When he drove for JB Hunt, he would try to get a run that would get him snowed in in Indy, so he could stay a day or so with us. He was such a pleasure to know, we have laughed so hard together
