Edith (Hinkle) McCoy 91 of Brushy Rd Varney, KY. passed from this earthly life Friday May 22, 2020 at the home of her daughter Reva Eplin at Toler Cr Harold, KY. Edith was born Friday September 21, 1928 in Pike County, KY. a daughter of the late George Washington Hinkle and Chloe (Fields) Hinkle. Edith was a home maker and a member of the Pilgrim Home Old Regular Baptist Church of Brushy Rd Varney, KY. Other than her parents Edith was preceded in death by three husbands, Leslie Fields, Roland Thacker and Dewey McCoy, three sisters, Alice Ray, Gladys Ray and Bessie Foster. Edith is survived by three sons, Benny Hinkle and his wife (Nancy) of Pikeville, KY., David Fields and his wife Christine of Varney, KY. and Joseph Monroe McCoy and his wife Tonya of Louisa, KY., one daughter, Reva Eplin and her husband Andy of Harold, KY., ten grandchildren, twenty one great grandchildren and a great great grandchild on the way..... Edith (Hinkle) McCoy leaves a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing. Edith will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved her.
