Freida Gayle Cox of Blanket passed away Saturday, May 23, 2020 at Brownwood Sr. Care . Graveside Service will be held Tuesday May 26, 2020 at 10am at the Rising Star Cemetery. With Minister Gerald Green officiating. Freida was born June 19, 1939 in Haskell, TX to Irene Mae Ward and William Hugh Green. Freida received her primary education from Rising Star Schools. Freida loved to crochet, sew, put puzzles together, and more importantly she loved her children and her family. Freida was preceded in death by parents William Hugh Green, Irene Green, son Roland Lee Cox, and brother Milton Green. Left to cherish her memories are: husband, Claude Cox; of Blanket, Texas daughter, Belinda Hansen and husband Richard of Blanket, Texas, son David Cox of Blanket. Granddaughter; Abagail Cox, brothers Gerald Green and wife Jonnie of Blanket, Texas, Paul Green and wife Gay Lynne of Blanket, Texas and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and many friends.
