Charles Joseph Spohn, 77, passed away on Friday, May 22, 2020. Funeral Mass: 11 am Wednesday, St Joseph Catholic Church, 1927 SW Green Oaks Blvd, Arlington. Memorials: Should friends desire, memorials may be given to the Autism Nutrition Research Center. Charles was born on February 3, 1943 in Richmond, Minnesota to Ben and Marcella Spohn. He loved sports, especially the old St Louis Cardinals Football, St Louis Cardinals Baseball and St Louis Blues Hockey teams in St Louis, MO. He also enjoyed reading and watching news shows. Charles was the example of a Good Samaritan, always looking out for his family, neighbors and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Survivors: Wife, Ann Spohn; son, Michael Spohn and wife Patricia Mackin-Spohn; daughter, Laurie DePauw and husband Michael; grandchildren, Marcella Mackin-Spohn, Alexander Benedict Mackin-Spohn, James Michael Joseph DePauw, and Gianna Marie DePauw; brothers, Kenneth Spohn, James Spohn and wife Barbara, and Mark Spohn and wife Linda; sisters, Shirley Scott and Mary Farmer and husband Ken; and numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
