Mary Cromwell Mary Marguerite Cromwell, 62, of West Columbia, passed away on May 22, 2020 at Lexington Medical Center. Born June 7, 1957 in Columbia, SC, she was the daughter of the late Lewis Clayton and Hazel Irene Thornberry Cromwell. She was a graduate of J.W. Keenan High School and was employed with AccuSweep. Mary was a member of Church Garden of Grace UCC where she was a Deacon and member of the More Justice Committee. Mary was a very creative, she loved to cook, sew and repair things around her home. She loved music and enjoyed singing dearly. One of her greatest joys was spending time with her family, especially her three fur babies, Nuk-Nuk Toodleoo and Chinook. Mary is survived by her wife, Mary Louise Zimmerman Cromwell of the home; one step-daughter, Zania Stadella Greene and her fiancé Tray Quan Jones of Columbia. She is also survived by many extended family members and loving friends. A private Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, May 31st. The family suggests that those wishing to make memorials may do so to a charity of one choice. Woodridge Funeral Home is assisting the Cromwell Family.
