<p>Laprise, Margaret (nee Wright). </p><p><br></p><p>Passed away peacefully at the age of 96 years at Meadow Park LTC on Friday, May 22, 2020. Beloved wife of the late Ernest, loving mother to Reginald (Nilda) Laprise, Joanne (late David) Gamsager, Linda (late Jean Martin, late Chuck Mills), and Wayne (Jasmine) Laprise. Daughter of the late George and Elsie (Eskritt) Wright. Cherished grandmother of Lesley (Victor), Sean, Gregory (Anne) and the late Todd. Margaret will be missed by siblings Gladys Fitzgerald, Donald (Patricia) Wright, and sister in law Virginia Wright, preceded in death by James Wright and Gordon (Ruth) Wright. Special GG to her great grandchildren Jordan, Joshua, Foxx, Rosina, Reece, Elliot, Kailyn (Dan), Ashley (Phil), Saidee and great-great grandchildren Violet and Leo.</p><p>Margaret and Ernest raised their family on their farm in Ridgetown, where Margaret loved to tend her gardens and her precious flowers. A special thank you to all the staff and caregivers at Meadow Park for the care of Margaret and her baby-doll Lucy over the last 2 years. Your kindness and love towards her is much appreciated. </p><p>A celebration of Margaret’s life will take place at a later date with interment at Greenwood Cemetery, Ridgetown.
