Richard 'Dick' Wallbaum, age 85 of Oneida, passed away on Friday, April 15, 2016 at his home. He was born September 8, 1930. He is preceded by his parents, George J. Wallbaum and Alice (Zachman) Wallbaum; Granddaughter: Danielle Dattrich. He is survived by his wife: Peggy (Davis) Wallbaum; Daughter: Sherri Dix and husband Joel; Son: Bruce Wallbaum and wife Donna; Cousin: Ruth Schirrmann; many other family and friends. The family will receive friends for visitation Tuesday Evening, April 19, 2016 from 5:00 P.M. until time of funeral services at 8:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home in Oneida. Family will also receive friends for visitation on Wednesday Morning, April 20, 2016 from 10:00 A.M. to 11:00 A.M., central time, at the Jennings Funeral Home Chapel in Jamestown. Burial will follow at the Fentress Memorial Gardens with military honors provided by the American Legion Post #137. In Lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to Quality Hospice. Four Oaks Funeral Home of Oneida is in charge of the local arrangements for the family of Richard 'Dick' Wallbaum.
