Mr. Valter Elroy. Hartbarger, age 69 of Summerville, GA passed away Saturday- May 23, 2020 at Floyd Medical Center.

Mr. Hartbarger was born August 13, 1950 in McMinnville, TN,  to the late Essel Elroy and Lois Mason Rich Hartbarger,   He was retired from  Chattooga Nutrition Center and was a member of Perennial Spring Baptist Church and the U.S. Army Reserves.

He is preceded in death by sister, Beverly Andrews, brother, David Hartbarger.

Survivors include, daughter and son-in-law, Brandy and Silas Roe, 5 grandchildren, niece, Charity Perez, and nephews John Perez and Gene Hartbarger.

Due to gathering restrictions, services for Mr. Hartbarger will be private for the immediate family only with Rev. Barry Brown officiating.  Pallbearers will be, Ricky Edwards, Brandon McDaniel, John Lowery, Steve Ivey, Zack Brown, Gabriel Roe.   Burial will follow at Perennial Springs Cemetery.
