Yolanda Anne Bumball, “Honey” passed away peacefully of natural causes on Saturday, May 23, 2020 at NJ Eastern Star Home, Bridgewater, NJ. Yolanda was born in Morristown, NJ on June 15, 1925. She graduated Morristown High School in 1943 and met her future husband, John Bumball, while working in Morristown, for the US Hammond and Piston Ring Company. They were married in 1951 and settled in Bernardsville, NJ. During the 1950’s she was a “working mother,” employed at F. W. Woolworth 5 and 10 Cent Store in the Bernardsville Shopping Plaza where she was responsible for the sale of stationery supplies. In her later working years, she was employed by various companies and worked as an electronics assembler. She was a member of the American Austin Bantam Car Club along with her husband John and participated in club meets, touring various states exhibiting two 1932 restored American Austin cars. Her early retirement years were spent taking care of her home, yard, planting flowers, and spending time with family and friends. She especially enjoyed reading, going out to local diners, shopping, and most of all, vacationing with her daughter and granddaughter. In 2017, she moved from her Bernardsville home where she resided for over 50 years, to Brightview Senior Assisted Living in Warren, NJ. During her 2 years there, she enjoyed meeting new friends, outings, luncheons, singing entertainers, holiday parties, craft and pet days, puzzle books, and visits with family members and friends. Yolanda is survived by her loving, devoted daughter and best friend, Janice Anne Kruger, Basking Ridge NJ, her loving granddaughter Lindsay Anne Kruger Bloom, husband Doug, and two great grandsons, whom she adored, Conner, 4 and Sean 2, nieces Janet Crochery LaChance, MaryAnne Terreri Cassidy, nephews Daniel Crochery, Robert Stahnten, Angelo Terreri, and John Terreri, along with their spouses and many great nephews, nieces, and cousins. She is predeceased in death by her father and mother, Sabatino and Rose Ubaldo Terreri, her husband, John, of 39 years, her brother Angelo Terreri, and his wife Rene and their daughter RoseMarie (Terreri) Cerciello, her sister Mary Crochery and her husband, Daniel, Stephen and Elizabeth Bumball, father and mother-in-law, and sister in law Helen Bumball Stahnten and her husband Robert.
