Palma (Pam) Graziano was born to Frank and Ida Graziano on September 6, 1935. She
was born in her parents’ house in College Point, New York. She lived with her siblings Salvatore, Marie, and Anthony. As a child, Pam liked to tease her older brother, Anthony. You could always find Pam pushing her cat in a carriage all around the house and the neighborhood. Pam and Anthony loved to dance the Lindy together, and then as a teenager, she took ballet lessons.
She graduated high school and went on to become a secretary working for a company
called Augustine. There she worked for Jerry Koudelka, who later on became her husband.
After they married, they bought a house in Levittown, New York. There, they enjoyed
many barbeques and good times in the backyard with family and friends. Eventually, Pam and
Jerry moved to Morristown, New Jersey, where Pam gave birth to their son, Jerry Charles.
Shortly after Jerry Charles was born, Jerry’s job had them move to Houston, Texas. Ida and
Frank Graziano moved to Houston to be with Pam and her family. There, Pam took care of her
family while enjoying weekly Bingo and winning many times. She was an avid Houston Oiler fan, now known as the Texans.
Over the years, a family tradition started in which Pam and her siblings and their
spouses and families would get together twice a year. They would play cards, eat, drink, laugh
and enjoy each other’s company.
Pam’s dream later on was for her family to be in Florida near family. Pam and Jerry
purchased land and were building a house. Jerry Charles was able to transfer his job to Florida and also purchased land.
Pam fell ill and passed. Jerry and Jerry Charles moved to Florida, and Pam knew her
family was exactly where she had wanted them to be. She went to meet her Lord and family in
heaven on May 22, 2020.
