Muriam Lane Willis, 72, of Smyrna, passed away at home on Saturday, May 23, 2020.

Muriam was a phlebotomist and retired from Carteret Health Care after a 43 year career in the medical field.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at Red Hill Cemetery on Harkers Island with Pastor Manly Rose officiating.

Muriam is survived by her sister, Linda Lewis and her husband T.L. of the home; brother, Ronnie Dee Willis of Newport; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas and Fammie Willis; brothers, Thomas Willis Jr.; Curby Willis; and Davie Willis.
