Richard Mulkey Sr. 66, of Klamath Falls, Oregon passed away much too soon at his home on Wednesday November 13, 2019. Richard was born to Janet and Raymond Mulkey on May 26, 1953 in Lakeview, Oregon. He spent his childhood in Klamath Falls where he attended Klamath Union High School. At the age of 19, Richard married the love of his life, Miss Glenda Bean who became Glenda Mulkey on July 1st of 1972. When Richard was 16 years old, he went to work as a mill worker for Columbia Forest Products before enlisting in the U.S. Army and serving our country for 3 years. When Richard returned home, he went back to work for Columbia Forest Products and retired just a very short time ago in June of 2019. Richard enjoyed fishing, hunting, woodworking, bowling and camping. Richard loved being in the woods, but was most happy with his family as he loved his wife Glenda, his children and grandchildren. Richard was touched by many and will be deeply missed.  Please join us to celebrate Richard’s life this Saturday November 23, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at beautiful Yesterday’s Plaza located at 125 N. 9th Street, downtown Klamath Falls. A small reception will follow services.
