Simon Zamudio age 34,&nbsp;Proud U.S. Army Reserve Soldier from Carpentersville, Illinois passed away May 22, 2020 at St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">He&nbsp;was born in Phoenix, Arizona on&nbsp;August 27, 1985 the loving son to&nbsp;Simon and Ma Gloria (Cervantes) Zamudio.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">Simon is survived by his wife, Carina Zamudio-Ramos; his daughter, Xoe Zamudio; his siblings,&nbsp;</span><font size="3">Celestino&nbsp;Zamudio, Alicia Zamudio, Celia Ortiz-Zamudio, Cirenia Garcia-Zamudio; his&nbsp;nephews, Juan Cisneros, Marco Antonio Cisneros, Jose Manuel Cisneros; his nieces, Guadalupe Ortiz, Victoria Garcia, Monica Ortiz, Veronica Garcia, Marisol Ortiz&nbsp;and Melissa Ortiz.</font></p> <p><font size="3">He was preceded in death by his father, Simon Zamudio and also his loving mother, Ma. Gloria Cervantes VDA De Zamudio, who has just passed away on May 25, 2020.</font></p> <p><span style="font-size:16px;">Keeping in compliance with the current CDC recommendations regarding gathering size (please follow director&#39;s guidance, safe distancing&nbsp;and face masks will be required) a visitation for Simon will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM at <strong>Willow Funeral Home &amp; Cremation Care</strong> 1415 W. Algonquin Rd., (one mile east of Randall Rd.) Algonquin/Lake in the Hills.</span></p> <p><font size="3">Funeral services will be held privately with his&nbsp;immediate family.</font></p> <p><font size="3">online condolences may be expressed to the family by clicking on Tribute Wall.</font></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
