<p>Orville Neal Dillard, 79 of&nbsp;Paoli, passed away May 22, 2020 at Baptist Health Floyd Hospital in New Albany. He was born December 15, 1941 in Paoli, to parents, Kenneth Ray &amp; Bertha Annis (McDermed) Dillard. He married Martha Karen Bugh January 16, 1961. Orville was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and was a&nbsp;retired E7 Chief Petty Officer at&nbsp;North Island Military Base in California. He was a member of the Orleans American Legion and National Rifle Association.&nbsp;</p> <p>Survivors include: Wife- Martha Karen Dillard of Paoli</p> <p>Daughters- Neala Lewis of Paoli &amp;&nbsp;Mindy Powell of Indianapolis&nbsp;</p> <p>Sisters- Louise McManis of Paoli, Barbara Fullen of Livonia &amp; Kim Dillard of Bedford</p> <p>Brother- Wayne Dillard of Paoli</p> <p>Grandchildren- Jessica Lynn McCardle of Leesburg, AL &amp; Richard Neal McCardle of&nbsp; Nashville, GA</p> <p>Great-Grandchildren- Stevie Edward Joiner, Haley Alexis Groves &amp; Mallorie Ann&nbsp;Joiner&nbsp;</p> <p>Orville is preceded in death by: parents, brother- Don Dillard, sisters- Doris Perkins &amp; Donna Dillard</p> <p>Cremation was chosen for Orville Neal Dillard. McAdams Mortuary is in charge of arrangements.&nbsp;</p>
