Mrs. Ruth McClure Westbury, 90, widow of Dick Westbury entered eternal rest on Friday May 22, 2020 in the Opus post care center, West Columbia, SC

Graveside funeral services will be held 2 p.m. Monday May 25, 2020 in Utsey Cemetery, Grover, SC with Rev. John Kronz officiating.

Ruth was born March 29, 1930 in St. George, SC a daughter of the late Marion Reed McClure and Janie Rebecca Ackerman McClure. She was a graduate of St. George High School and was a former seamstress at Carolina Girls wear and Manager of Cotton Planters Inn in St. George. She was predeceased buy her brother’s, Marion McClure, Jr., and Carl G. McClure.

Surviving are her two sisters: Bobbie McClure Strickland (Billy Evans), Batesburg and Margie McClure Layton, (Jeff) Zebulon, GA and several Nieces and Nephews.
