<p>It is with profound sadness we announce the passing of Joan Kantor (nee Hitchcock) on Saturday May 16, 2020 at Royal Victoria Hospital. Loving mother to Tracy (Lloyd) Andrew (Ingrid) and Lisa (Mike). Cherished Nana to Taylor, Brandon, Daenen, Nicole, Tegan, Katerina and Luke. Beloved oldest sister to Jeannie, Stephen, Keith, pre deceased by her brother Mick, her sister Jenny and her parents Rose and Albert. Auntie Joey will be sadly missed by her many nieces and nephews.</p> <p>Born in Derby, England in 1945. Joan met the love of her life Stephen and started their life and family in Canada. She lived a marvelous life making an impression on everyone who met her, making friends everywhere she went. She will be remembered for her smile, her laugh and her wonderful accent.</p> <p>At the families request, cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be held at a later date</p>Obituary
