Deloise Leech As the sun shone brightly on Sunday, November 5, 2017, an angel gently touched Deloise and ushered her to her heavenly home. Deloise was born September 7, 1957, to the late Cleveland Leech and Emma Fenton Leech in Columbus, Mississippi. She was a product of the Columbus Municipal School District. Deloise’s faith was strong. She was a member of the New Hope CME Church where she served in the Usher Ministry. Deloise worked as a crossing guard for the Columbus Municipal School District. She enjoyed cooking and sitting on the fishing bank reeling in her catch of the day. Greeting her in heaven are her parents; brother, Curtis Leech; sister, Mary Louise Harris; and long-time companion, Johnnie Sanders. A loving farewell is made by her children Ostisitus (Carnetha) Leech of Seffner, FL; Jessie Leech of Jackson, MS; Debra LeechWebb of Ridgeland, MS; LaShayla Leech of Tampa, FL; Johnny Leech, Christina Leech, Janice Sanders and Diana Sanders of Columbus, MS; ten grandchildren; brothers, Bobby (Stephanie) Leech of Biloxi, MS; Billy Leech and Willie Leech of Columbus, MS, and a special niece, Laquita Hill-Lomax.
