Hung Phuong Nguyen

Hung Phuong Nguyen, age 49, a resident of Lowell, passed away on April 16, 2020 at his daughter’s home, surrounded by his loving family.  He was the husband of Wendy Nguyen.

Born in Bien Hoa, Vietnam on September 16, 1970, he was the son of Toan Minh Nguyen and Phuong Thi Nguyen.

Prior to his illness, he was employed as a driver for the Lowell Regional Transit Authority. 

Surviving him in addition to his wife are a daughter, Jennifer Nguyen of Nashua, and a son, Eric Nguyen of Nashua.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, April 20th from 10 to 12 PM at the Tyngsborough Funeral Home, 4 Cassaway Drive, Tyngsborough, MA 01879.  Due to current federal guidelines for public gatherings, there can only be ten people in the funeral home at one time.  We ask in advance for your patience, should you have to wait outside for a few moments.  His graveside funeral service will take place immediately following at 1 p.m. at St. Joseph Cemetery, 96 Riverneck Rd., Chelmsford, MA.
