McCormick, David Richard  Age 91.  Born into eternal life January 28, 2017.  Preceded in death by his beloved wife Jean Ellen "Ellie".  Cherished father of David J. (Tammy) and grandson Pearse; Richard J. (Megan) and grandchildren Mollie, Grace, Liam, Connor, Finnian and Annie.  Dear brother of identical twin Dick (Mary Lou) and sister Catherine.  Brother-in-law of Barbara, Mary and James.  Further survived by nieces, nephews and friends.  David Richard was a lifelong devout Catholic who loved his family deeply.  He was proud to be a US Navy veteran serving in World War II.  The family would like to thank the wonderful staff and caregivers at Elizabeth Residence/Bayside for their loving care, support and friendship the past few years.  We'd also like to thank the nursing staff at Cedar Springs Health & Rehabilitation and Horizon Home Care & Hospice for providing comfort and care to dad and family.  Special thanks to Dr. John Hayes and staff at the Milwaukee VA Medical Center for their extraordinary and compassionate care.  Memorial gathering at Holy Family Catholic Church, 4849 N. Wildwood Ave., Whitefish Bay on Saturday February 4, 2017 from 9 - 10:15 AM.  Funeral Mass 10:30 AM.  Interment: Wisconsin Memorial Park Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the Great Lakes Hemophilia Foundation-Milwaukee.
