Audrey Marr Nobles

On January 26, 2017, Audrey Marr Nobles passed away peacefully in the presence of her beloved children. Memorial services will be held at Sweet Gum Grove FWB Church in Stokes, NC at 3:00 PM on Saturday, February 4, 2017. Audrey is now in Heaven with her loving husband Harold Lindsay Nobles, her parents John and Adele Marr, her two brothers Bill and John Marr, her precious daughter Nancy Joy, and many other family members and friends. She and Lindsay retired to Greenville in 1997, where they attended Oakmont Baptist Church. In 2009 they moved near their son, Harold, in Gainesville, FL where they attended Westside Baptist Church. Audrey was a beautiful person who will be missed profoundly. She leaves behind her children Helen; Harold; Robert (wife Jennifer); grandsons Jack Nobles; and David Campbell (wife Karen); great granddaughters Emma, Shelbea, Reghan, and Helena Campbell; cousin Dorothy Ferguson; sister-in-law Illmar Nobles; and many other family members and friends. May we always seek to live in accordance with the strength, grace, and dignity she personified. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to a charity of your choice.
