Alonzo ‘Bam Bam’ Darnell Blake, age 37, of Fayetteville, TN passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2017 at the Alive Hospice Residence. He was born on October 30, 1979 in Lincoln County, TN. He enjoyed listening to gospel music and watching football, cartoons and Christian comedy shows. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Pat & Helen Blake. He is survived by his parents: Angela & Tony Hawk of Fayetteville, TN; sister: Cynthia Blake of Fayetteville, TN; brother: Terrell Blake of Fayetteville, TN; aunt: Connie Blake (Chester Holloway) of Tullahoma, TN; uncles: Edward (Molly) Blake of Winnipeg, Canada, Ricky (Tiffany) Blake of Nashville, TN, Billy Blake of Tullahoma, TN and Robert (Marverine) Reese of Fayetteville, TN; and his nephews: Elisha Blake and Tallin Blake both of Fayetteville, TN. Homegoing services will be conducted on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at 12:00 noon in the chapel of Gallant-Riverview Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Pleasant View Cemetery. Visitation is Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon.
