Lois Arlene (Noss) Ritz, October 17, 1924 – January 29, 2017. Lois Ritz, a resident of Atria Summit Hills Crestview Hills, Kentucky passed away at Rosedale Manor, Covington, Kentucky. She was born October 17, 1924 in Elkhart, Indiana, to Hiram and Grace (Knowles) Noss. As a young girl, her family moved to Bonners Ferry Idaho. There she met her childhood sweetheart, Gaylon Lee Ritz. They were married on November 26, 1943, shortly before he shipped out to England with the Second Infantry Division to prepare for the Normandy invasion during World War II. She returned to Elkhart with her family in 1951 and was employed over the years by several companies, retiring as a human resource manager at the Oaklawn Psychiatric Center in 1983. She and her husband then moved to Sequim Washington where they resided until his death on January 28, 1994.
