Stanley Marvin Welsh, age 81, passed away on January 29, 2017 at the Life Care Center, in Port St. Lucie, FL. Stanley had a long battle with COPD. Stanley was born to Margaretta and Thomas Welsh on July 26, 1935. He graduated high school, went on service in the United States Army. Stanley enjoyed his hot rods and as a National Hot Rod Championship to his name. Also one of his many joys was Order of the Arrow Boy Scouts, and the fact that he was a 32nd degree Mason. Stanley leaves behind his Daughter Sherry Welsh of Wisconsin; and his cousin Nancy Hart of Port St. Lucie.
