THACKER, Terry Lee Age 65 of Dayton, passed away Sunday, Jan 29, 2017. Born in Dayton on February 22, 1951 to his parents Gus & Deanie Thacker who preceded him in death along with his brother, Houston; and sister, Shilah Lamb. Terry is survived by his loving wife, Brenda; children, Yvonne Jones, Ty Thacker, Sarah Smith, and Amanda Thacker; step-children, Tammy Franklin, Angela Mowen, Christina Baker, and James Douglas; grandchildren, Gage Smith, Bryanne Thacker, Dustin Jones, Liam Congrove, and Jade Humbert; 6 sisters, Belinda Rolin, Gretna Hopkins, Donna Pinion, Pat Hicks, Pam Arvai, and Vicky Thacker. Terry proudly served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He will be missed. Visitation will be held from 11am-12pm with funeral service to follow at 12:00 pm on Thursday, Feb. 2, 2017 at Rogers Funeral Home in New Lebanon. Pastor Jerry Carter will be officiating.
