Debra A. (Reed) Allbee, 54, passed away January 22, 2017. She was born in Wakefield, Rhode Island on August 19, 1962. Debra lived in Rhode Island for many years and resided in Colchester for the past 10 years. She enjoyed gardening, crafts, fishing and treasured the time she spent with her granddaughter. She leaves her mother Linda (Andrews) Palmisano and dad George Palmisano of Moosup; a son Timothy A. Allbee and a daughter Rachel E. Allbee both of Manchester; her granddaughter Kahlia Montey; 5 brothers Steven Palmisano of TX, Kevin Reed of FL, Chris Palmisano and Jon Palmisano both of RI and George Palmisano of Moosup; 3 sisters Brenda Tworzydlo of Danielson, Cheryl Reed of N. Windham and Laura Palmisano of Central Village; also numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father James Reed. Memorial visiting hours will be held Thursday (02-02-17) from 4-7PM at Dougherty Bros. Funeral Home 595 Norwich Rd. Plainfield.
