<p>Henrietta Gavett, 80, of Twin Mountain died peacefully on Saturday July 6, 2019. The<br /> daughter of the late Laurence and Sarah (Schenck) Gavett, Henrietta was born on July 13,<br /> 1938 in New Jersey. After graduation from Hightstown High School, she worked at Elms<br /> Nursing Home in Cranbury, New Jersey, before pursuing her dream of becoming a nurse. She<br /> graduated from Ann May School of Nursing in Neptune, New Jersey. Henrietta held several<br /> positions at Jersey Shore Medical Center, also in Neptune, including 19 years as a nursing<br /> supervisor, before retiring in 1995. Since her retirement, she spent much time on family, church<br /> functions, and volunteering at Weeks Medical Center. She also loved to work outdoors.<br /> In addition to her parents, Henrietta was preceded in death by one brother, Donald Gavett,<br /> and one sister, Ann Danser. She is survived by two sisters, Beverly (Bob) Rutherford of Twin<br /> Mountain and Elaine (Steve) Lebedin of Belle Meade, New Jersey, one brother, Robert (Geri)<br /> Gavett, of Cherry Hill, New Jersey, nine nieces and nephews, and 13 great-nieces and<br /> nephews.<br /> Visitation will be on Wednesday,&nbsp;July 24 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. at Ross Funeral Home,<br /> Whitefield Chapel. A funeral mass will be held on Thursday, July 25, at 10:00 a.m. at St.<br /> Patrick&rsquo;s Catholic Church in Twin Mountain, followed by an interment at Straw Cemetery.<br /> Afterwards, there will be a repast in St. Patrick&rsquo;s church hall.
