Celebrating Robert K (Boosie) Lee Legacy Robert K. Lee Was born on May 9, 1991 in Cincinnati, Ohio to Ms. April Lee and Mr. Robert Gooden. He departed this earthly life on November 6, 2015. Robert was born and raised in Cincinnati Ohio. He attended Cincinnati Public Schools and played football for Wyoming Middle School. Robert accepted Christ at a young age and knew where his soul would dwell. Robert enjoyed being with his friends and spending time with his family. Robert was the oldest brother of all his mother children. He took pride in being caring and supportive to not only his children, but to his younger sister. Robert found joy in making others happy and this was evident when he would play with his little sister upon hours just to see her smile and how he cherished the opportunity to attend his sister concert and encourage her through her music carrier . Robert always sought out opportunities to help others. To have known Robert, was to know a person who had a heart made of gold. Robert, was preceded in death by his Great Uncle James Watson, and Great Grandmother Jesse Lee. Robert leaves not to mourn his passing, but to cherish his memory: Two sons, Darryl Thomas and Sha’Zai Sanders; mother, April Lee, sister, Lavonna Lee; father, Jermaine Rutherford; stepmother, Lashawn Jones; three stepsisters, Keira Jones, Sheimeka Jones, and Africa Thompkins. Grandmother’s Lavonne Joy (Edward) & Carrie Rutherford; Great aunt Gloria Nelson (Aunt Bussie); Cousins-James Nelson (Ania), Denise Nelson, Yaacov Nelson, Shawn Nelson, Harvey Nelson, Great Cousin Corey Nelson and a host of other relatives and friends. Visitation is from 11:00 am until 12:00 pm, on Friday, November 20, 2015, at the Philippus United Church of Christ, 106 W. McMiken Avenue, Cincinnati (45202). The funeral service will immediately follow the visitation beginning at 12:00 pm. Interment will follow Vine Street Hill Cemetery in Cincinnati, Ohio.
