Wilma Cepeda “Mimi”, 57, of Reading, passed away on Sunday, January 15, 2017 in her residence. Born in New York, she was the daughter of Cesar I. and Emma (Cortez) Cepeda. In addition to her mother she is survived by her daughter Joana Ward “JoJoe” of Reading; sister, Madeline Cepeda of Reading; brothers, Cesar Cepeda Jr. of Reading, and Orlando Cepeda of Reading. Memorial Service will be held at Whelan & Schwartz Funeral Home, 444 North 9th Street Reading, PA 19601, Saturday, January 28, 2017 at 2:00 pm.
